OFFStudio in Dreieich-Götzenhain brings reformer Pilates, mat Pilates and yoga together with creative work in the atelier — because real wellbeing needs body and mind in equal measure.
Mindfulness grows on the mat and on the reformer, but just as much in front of the canvas. Painting and making are powerful ways to settle the mind — especially when stress or burnout crowd in. Here, both live under one roof.

Pilates, yoga and art in Dreieich.
Pilates goes back to Joseph Pilates: controlled exercises that link strength, breath and mobility. With us you practise on the reformer or in mat Pilates, guided by certified Pilates teachers in small groups.
That keeps the classical Pilates idea alive: clean execution of the exercises before speed, a level to begin with and room to grow once or twice a week.
On the mat we offer yoga and mat Pilates: core strength, flexibility and mental calm in small groups. For anyone who wants to settle body and mind.
And then there's the art: on Wednesdays our open atelier opens for painting and making together. Art in Dreieich, right in Götzenhain, for beginners and practised hands alike.
