How it works

    Book a trial class

    You can book easily through Eversports. The trial is an introduction on the machine, with no obligation.

  2. 02

    Arrive

    The entrance is in the alley between house numbers 25 and 27, through the gate on the right to 25b. Feel free to take a moment before we start.

  3. 03

    Introduction in a small group

    Up to ten people on ten reformers. We show you the machine calmly and watch every movement.

  4. 04

    Where to go next

    You carry on with Foundation/All Levels, at your own pace. We're happy to talk through which card or membership fits you.

Which level fits?

Foundation/All Levels is where you begin.

Then comes Level 1, with at least three classes before you book Level 2. The level is guidance, not a grade.

Yes. The reformer gives every movement guidance and resistance, and we adapt exercises to you. Foundation/All Levels classes are made for beginning.

A reformer class lasts 50 minutes. Plan a few minutes beforehand to arrive.

Up to ten people, matching our ten reformers. That leaves time to look at every hip and every shoulder.

No. After the trial you can choose single classes, a 5- or 10-class card or a membership. Details are on the pricing page.

Yes, many classes are listed there too. The app shows which sessions are available with your pass.
